Chemical Processing Technician ( Entry Level)

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience) Paid Training – No Experience Required

We are seeking an Entry Level Chemical Processing Technician to join our team. We are looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is required—we will train the right candidate.

This position involves handling and processing aerospace and aircraft components using specialized cleaning, inspection, and chemical processing methods. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience working with critical aerospace hardware while learning industry-specific processes and quality requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, or related industries is a plus, but not required

Job Responsibilities

  • Process, clean, inspect, package, and handle aerospace, aircraft, defense, and high-performance automotive components

  • Perform operations including:

    • Passivation

    • Pre-Weld Cleaning

    • Titanium Cleaning

    • Ultrasonic Cleaning

    • Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)

    • Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI)

    • Radiographic Inspection (X-Ray)

  • Move customer parts through various stages of processing and inspection

  • Load and unload customer deliveries and shipments

  • Operate processing equipment and maintain production records

  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning

  • Assist with facility upkeep and organization

  • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures

  • Perform other duties as assigned
