Chemical Process Technician (Entry Level)
Paid Training – No Experience Required

Pay Range: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking an Entry Level Chemical Processing Technician to join our Nadcap-accredited team in Phoenix, AZ. We're looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is required — we will train the right candidate.

This position involves handling and processing aerospace and aircraft components using specialized cleaning, inspection, and chemical processing methods. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience working with critical aerospace hardware while learning industry-specific processes and quality requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, or related industries is a plus, but not required

Job Responsibilities

• Process, clean, inspect, package, and handle aerospace, aircraft, defense, and high-performance automotive components

• Perform chemical processing operations including:

  • Passivation

  • Pre-Weld Cleaning

  • Titanium Cleaning

  • Ultrasonic Cleaning

• Assist certified NDT inspectors with inspection operations, including:

  • Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)

  • Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI)

  • Radiographic Inspection (X-Ray)

• Move customer parts through various stages of processing and inspection

• Load and unload customer deliveries and shipments

• Operate processing equipment and maintain production records

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning

• Assist with facility upkeep and organization

• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned
